Hi ladies, and thank you sincerely for all of your comments! Today is Wednesday, and I started feeling slight symptoms on Wednesday or Thursday of the week before. Almost like a yeast infection, but a little different. It progressively started getting more itchy and painful as the days went on, and by Sunday I knew that something wasn't right. First thing Monday morning I called my Dr, and she squeezed me in Tuesday morning (yesterday). At first I thought it was all an allergic reaction to the new birth control I was put on in the beginning of April of this year, but after an examination, she told me it was definitely something viral, most likely herpes or even mononucleosis. I have been a mess ever since. I haven't stopped crying since yesterday, and having to wait 3 days for test results is killing me. I will say, however, that you ladies are putting me at ease with this situation, and I feel a lot better having read your comments, and I thank you for that! I have never been in so much pain in my life, as I'm sure you all have experienced! I know it's bad, but I'm trying not to drink much liquid at all because I can't take the pain I feel during urinating. I scream and cry every time. I'm not actually that red and swollen, mostly because it is too painful to scratch myself, and it looks a lot better than it actually is. I have a couple white-ish spots, which I am currently trying to dry out. I'm sorry that I am going into such detail, but when I was frantically looking up symptoms and stuff, I found it to be the forums like this one that were most helpful, because everybody experiences it differently

She looked and said yes bbygirl it is GH I sat and it didn't hit me till she was standing right next to me and I started to ball out crying. This was so painful I couldn't pin point where it came from. Louisiana std screening. This was just heartbreaking you know nobody wants to have pain in there genitals. It's now Wednesday and I'm still having breakouts I took my pills and cream starting Monday morning. I just hope it clears up soon this is beyond painful. Some of the sores are getting bigger this isn't cool. But hey it's life ladies we are not dead. Just heal well and think positive depression is the worst trigger to a long horrible breakout. I'm so sorry you ladies and I have to go through this but every 2 outta 5 ppl you know has this disease and don't even know it. So don't think it's the end of the world you can catch it and use protection all the time sometimes ppl have it in other areas it's a skin to skin contact disease so don't keep questioning yourself. Just know that things will get better and always be postive. Hope you ladies keep your head up and PS: look for natural cures there's no harm in trying

Untreated chlamydia is more serious for women than for men. The infection can progress up the reproductive system into the fallopian tubes, which can cause chronic pain. It can also cause serious problems relating to pregnancy. If it develops into pelvic inflammatory disease, it can damage the fallopian tubes and make it difficult for the woman to get pregnant even after the infection is cured. If the woman does become pregnant, she may be more likely to have an ectopic pregnancy, which can be life-threatening.
